ARC R800019 - R8S-21 - 1:8 Onroad Electro Power Stock Class Pan Car Kit

Based on the successful R8S On-Road Pan Car platform, the R8S-21 incorporates a number of refinements and option parts for even greater performance out of the box.

The main chassis has been redesigned for the R8S-21 with the slots removed to improve chassis rigidity and handling.
The original chassis linkage bars have been replacd with 2.0mm chassis flex plates for increased overall stability and traction.

The optional body-shell mount plate is now standard and the front droop is now fully adjustable on the R8S-21. Also standard on the R8S-21 is the steel rear main schaft for increased strenght and durability.

The R8S-21 now only accepts standard 2S batteries with 2 different layouts available - laid down side-by-side or stood-up along the center. Both layouts work extremely well but offer different handling characteristics to suit your driving style and track conditions.

The ARC R8S 1/8th scale electric power pan car is the latest category in the 1/8th On-Road Class. The R8S uses current 1/8th scale foam tires and body shell with 2 packs of 2S LiPo battery.

The R8S front end was designed with swing arm system. It is able to rotate at corners and to provide more steering. There are 2 pcs O-ring below the swing arm, using different O-rings that can adjust the steering very easily. The optional hard and medium O-ring will make less steering while the standard soft O-ring in the kit provides maximum steering.

The R8S spur design was from the R8.1 first spur gear. You can change the ratio with different spur from 60T to 62T. The default spur gear in the kit is 61T.

The R8S belt pulley was made by high quality 7075 T6 aluminium with hard suface anodization. The big size belt pulley provides smooth transmission and reduces the chance of a stripping belt.

Sold as kit, without body, tires, weight and electronics and so on.
