Product information "Kawada FOC05 - Tube Damper Set - for Tamiya Group C Chassis"

The Tamiya Group C chassis has no - or only rudimentary - roll damping on the rear axle from the factory.
That was just the way it was back then.

With this conversion set you can retrofit one - or two - modern tube dampers.
A tube damper system dampens the roll movement. While one side is compressed, the opposite side pulls apart.
The chassis moves more smoothly and without rocking.

Important:
1. It does not contain any oil. Silicone oil in the range of 10,000-30,000cSt is recommended (lower number = softer damping).
2. The set is plug & play only in conjunction with the aluminum motor mount FOC04. Without this mount there is no possibility of fastening in the middle of the chassis. Even modified solutions can of course achieve the goal.
