Kawada FOC09 - Carbon Rear Shaft - for Tamiya Group C Chassis

The carbon shaft replaces the original steel component.
It is significantly lighter and therefore has two main advantages:
1. The rotating mass is reduced. The car accelerates more quickly.
2. The rear axle is lighter and this increases agility when turning.
The second point can be a disadvantage on tracks with little grip. More weight is sometimes an advantage to prevent oversteering.

Kawada Graphite Axle: 5.5g
Tamiya Steel Axle: 27.4g

Note:
The shaft has NO flats for the grub screws of the drivers. You should file flats into each of these areas with a file and then seal the surface in that area with superglue.
It makes sense to use the original shaft as a template to know the position and width of the flats.
