Kawada FOC12 - Carbon Lower Plate - for F103 Suspension - for Tamiya Group C Chassis

This carbon plate replaces the original fiberglass component.
Carbon is more torsionally rigid and lighter. Both play a minor role in the Group C chassis.

Another advantage is that you can install the servo in the middle. This results in identical driving behavior on the left and right in a much simpler and easier way due to identically long tie rods.

The actual reason for this carbon plate, however, is the possibility of installing the much more modern F103 front axle.

For this, additional parts from Tamiya are required.

Pro tip: Hobbyists are now paying attention. Where an F103 front axle fits, completely different, more modern things will also fit. Whether this makes sense in the Group C chassis is a completely different question.

The important thing is:
1. The original tie rods no longer work here. You also need other tie rods such as the FOC06 set.
2. A low profile servo is then absolutely necessary.
3. Minor modifications must be made to the plastic parts.
