To solve these problems, TM has tried many bags from other industries. These sample bags were made for different purposes. This gives us a good idea: We need to build a bag for RC purposes. ATTENTION - open words:
The plastic elements have many advantages.
Significantly more massive and therefore simply much more resilient and longer lasting.
But in other places this sometimes becomes a disadvantage.
Because the plastic has little give, this sometimes makes the bag very difficult to close. This is particularly the case if the external elements have not been manufactured 100% exactly identically by the manufacturer.
With a bit of luck everything will fit and you won't have to rework it. However, you should take into account that rework is required here. What sounds complicated becomes clear very quickly when assembling it. There is one side where the zipper cannot be closed. Here the black plastic on the corner simply needs to be removed a little more. The manufacturer has already done this ex works - but a little more material still needs to be removed.
The plastic can be easily processed with a sanding block, an appropriate file or a Dremel.
This behavior of the bag is not a product defect but a product feature.
